All support plans assume that hosting and infrastructure are managed by us. This includes server operations, OS security updates, backup setup, and network monitoring.
Important: Availability guarantees (uptime SLA), automated backups, and infrastructure-related services can only be guaranteed when we have full control of the hosting environment. If you run external hosting, we can offer tailored support focused on application maintenance and development.
Support for non-critical issues is available weekdays 09:00-17:00. Plans with around-the-clock coverage include 24/7 monitoring and prioritized escalation.
We classify incidents as critical, high, medium, and low. Critical means service is unavailable or a core function is failing. Exact response and recovery targets are defined in your agreement.
Included hours reset monthly unless otherwise agreed. Minor adjustments and initial remediation are covered by your selected plan. When included time is consumed, we provide a quote before any billable work starts.
Standard billing is monthly in arrears with 30-day payment terms. Annual prepayment is available as an option with discount. All invoices include detailed time reporting. Third-party costs are billed separately.
The onboarding fee covers initial analysis and setup. The onboarding fee is SEK 1,500 when support is not contracted together with a new project. Minimum term is three months from contract start, followed by monthly renewal. Cancellation is written with 30 days notice unless otherwise agreed.
